This deliverable presents the methodology and findings of Task 6.2, assessing the alignment between stakeholder needs and the tools and models developed within the IMPROVE project. Using a mixed-methods approach combining a matrix-based survey and a co-creation workshop, the assessment evaluates the “fit” of project outputs across stakeholder groups. Results highlight strong alignment for core infrastructure and patient-facing tools, while identifying areas for improvement in implementation readiness, configuration, and integration to support a scalable, stakeholder-centred PGHD ecosystem.
